To secure your spot in the Hatteras Village Offshore Open fishing tournament, mail your entry forms and fees prior to April 30th, 2023. On-site registration begins at 5 PM on Tuesday, May 9th, at the Hatteras Village Civic Center. All participating boats must be registered by 8 PM on May 9th, 2023.
